Ingredients:

Biscuit
  • 150 g butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 vanilla sugar

  • Plum jam / apricot

Filling
  • 4 egg whites
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g ground walnuts / almonds
  • ½ Lemon
  • 1 vanilla sugar

Procedure:
